Bright Light,
I hope this note finds you thriving within the many challenges of existence in your world and our world today. I woke up this morning with this thought drifting through my mind: Incarnation is not for the faint of heart. Be a brave and compassionate human!
At this point in my life, I am blessed with living harmoniously in the flow of creation. Almost continuously, I experience body, mind, and spirit well-being and a profound connection with Source. I couldn’t have arrived at this calm state of being without having made a commitment to my daily alignment practice.

Aligned Between Potential and Realization

A bright shining jewel of
priceless value, I am the Light of Consciousness. Beaming the light through me, as me, tethered to the heavens by an invisible, unbreakable cord, I am secure in the plane of existence where all things are possible.
Connecting my heavenly light
into the Earth, I am grounded, my roots firmly established in the world of form. I am held stable on this earthly plane, deeply anchored in the soil that represents all that is possible, made manifest.
From the incorporeal
energetic realm to the corporeal realized realm, I bring Heaven to Earth.
At my center point is the
Heart of all existence, the axis through which all life flows from Heaven to Earth and Earth to Heaven. It is the connecting point, where duality is accepted and understood as both and; more than the sum of its parts.
The heart center spreads wide
in all directions, providing an ever-expanding conduit for a waterfall of light and love flowing from Heaven to Earth. The waterfall flows from the realm of infinite potential into an ocean of realization, where all that is possible, becomes reality.
I am the Light of Consciousness,
heart connected to Heaven and Earth, immersed in the free-flow of Life’s potential, realized.
