Hello!

You probably haven’t noticed (smile) but it’s been about three weeks since my last note to you!

I’ve been busy “building” a project just as the numerological influence specific to 2020 promises. For a previous post about “Archetype Number 4: The Year of the Builder”, scroll down the page to learn more.

For a sneak peek at the project I’m building click on the title below. It’s an online event for Practitioners, Coaches and Healers entitled: Client Breakthrough Summit: Master Skills & Enrich Your Toolkit for Guiding Clients to Lasting Change.

Although the site is still under construction, you’ll get the idea. I’m currently in the process of on-boarding speakers which has been inspiring and fun too.

The process of foundation building can show up in our lives in infinite forms. I’m curious how it’s showing up for you?

Recently a friend told me she has been feeling compelled to keep very busy and save everything and she is now finally able to slow down and prioritize cleaning out the basement, also sorting through and purging old files. Her “building process” right now is about clearing out and organizing, making space.

Another friend, who has been talking to me for years about downsizing her possessions is now actively doing it. Lucky for me! She gave me a gorgeous incense burner that I now use every day, a “container” for ashes from the incense.

Deconstruction does seem to be a necessary phase of the building or construction process.

2020 is an auspicious year for attending to our roots with conscious intent, of finding new ways to be more organized, creating systems and processes to live easier and more peaceful.

2020 promises to be a year of building, of deconstruction and reconstruction for us as individuals and for our world. Our opportunity during this 2020 “New Year Passage” is to create more inner and outer STABILITY even while the flowing in the river of change.

To align with the gifts of the Number Archetype “4” we put into place, or nurture, the systems and practices that bring order to our personal and professional lives. See more about Archetype “4”, “Foundation”, here.

Where ever you are in your life creation process, consider giving extra attention to the roots that strengthen your “Foundation”. Whatever being “grounded” means to you. Here’s an explanation and suggestions I like but, keep reading before going there!

The INVITATION of this influence is to shine more of your love and energy into the foundations of all aspects of your life. Tap into the “BUILDER” within you and don’t shy away from the tangible work required to actualize your 2020 intentions.

Cycle changes invite a moment to pause, pull back from activity as usual, and reflect upon where we give our time and energy. We ask questions such as: “What’s working and feels right to continue?” and “What needs to change for health and happiness, my own and for those I serve?”

One way I do this is to allow myself to consciously acknowledge what’s going really well. What do I want more of such as lots of loving connection and co-creation in community. Then I take a look at what’s irritating or sad tolerances I’ve been pushing aside and not dealing with such as friendships that are one-sided. I take a look at the commitments, projects, relationships, routines and habits that feel stagnant or in some way “off the mark” and let myself face what I know deep down inside would be of my highest good to let go of as well as what to keep and what to build anew.

Activation: I am stable. I honor myself and humanity as an expression of that which is unchanged regardless of changing circumstance. Like a powerful rooted Tree, no matter what storm may pass through, I remain rooted.
