Natural Ecstasies of Living

Hello Beautiful Heart,

It’s full on summertime where I live in the Great Pacific Northwest, USA.

Every weekend families and friends flock to the Clackamas River near my home to play in the water: swimming, fishing, rafting or just hanging out at one of the river parks.

This wondrous human capacity and opportunity to stop working and engage in activity for enjoyment and “recreation” is one of the great blessings and natural ecstasies of modern life.

Human existence is a river of pleasure and pain, full of bright opportunities, growth, delight, love, beauty, and success, as well as moments of challenge, anxiety, sadness, and concerns.

Play and creative self-expression can restore awareness of our essential wholeness regardless of changing positive and sometimes troubling circumstances.

In recent ezines I’ve been discussing a creative project I’m working on: a “Card Deck” dedicated to the “Nine Pathways of the Soul & Archetypes of Human Potential" .

Each card suit in this “Deck” will be dedicated to one of the 9 Archetype “Numbers” and comprised of three cards. Below is a sneak peak at the 3 cards in the Archetype “Number 3” suit an encouragement for your capacity to embody the natural ecstasies of living, such as creative self-expression, joyful being-ness, and a reminder to cut loose and play!
