Over the years of training with spiritual teacher and visionary Thomas Hubel, and other influences, my Spiritual "Awakening Process" (AP) became even more conscious and intensified! I imagine it’s been like that for many people on the AP path.
Because of this effect on my AP over the past year especially, I began tracking and making a list of "AP Effects", my own and those I’ve observed in friends, colleagues, and coaching clients.
After a recent (reorienting!) Awakening experience, I became even more interested in hearing about the variety of shared AP experiences of others. I was inspired with the idea of compiling a checklist of common (and perhaps not so common) experiences that could serve to support people in the “Awakening Process".
I envision an "Awakening Process Check List" could be a useful tool for others undergoing such a transformation and for Practitioners when evaluating and educating clients & others about their AP experiences, especially when the going get's challenging.
My first step for the creation of an “AP Check List” was to design a pilot survey to find out more about what others are experiencing in order to more fully develop a list of AP Effects, and a way to help assess their impact.
