Are you on the brink of a quantum leap?
Even when Wise Higher Self says, “YES, this IS the perfect next step!” the protective and often very convincing inner voice of RESISTANCE may throw out blocks.
We can become stuck right there at the brink of change for a day, week, month, years, and sadly even for much of a lifetime.

Many years ago, I was nervously preparing for a phone meeting with business coach, Shanda Sumpter. We were going to discuss my decision to sign her
contract for a YEAR of coaching. Even though my Higher Self was certain this would be the right next step for me, another part of me was petrified about making the commitment. I was going to let her know I’d decided NOT to proceed.
And, I had THE best reason in the world to back out. I’d just been diagnosed with a life threatening illness (this was years ago and I’m perfectly healthy now).
RESISTANCE argued, “How can I take on this commitment when I don't even know if I’m going to live?” When I discussed my reasons not to commit to a year of coaching, Shanda replied, “Does anyone really know how long they are going to live?”.
Fortunately, I chose a strong and experienced coach capable of taking this radical stand for my Higher Self. She didn’t, even for a second, collude with my very reasonable excuses for backing out.
Shanda challenged me
to believe in my True Self and the future that was calling me. She encouraged me to trust my knowing, feel the fear, and make that quantum leap ANYWAY.
And so, with her challenge and encouragement, I did!!!
Without Shanda’s support I would not have successfully created and hosted three virtual Summits, created and offered a variety of on-line courses, and I would not be writing this to you today.
As Transformational Leaders we have the opportunity to empower ourselves and others by demonstrating it IS possible to take quantum leaps.
We leap through the transcendence of self-imposed limitations, making inspired decisions and bringing more of our Light and gifts into the world.
