Hello!

How are you, beautiful heart-light?

I've been visiting the San Francisco Bay Area for family events including my niece Cheyenne's graduation from UC Berkeley and Mother's Day visit to my Mom's cemetery (see photo at the end of this email). My friend Pamela's mother died just a couple of days ago and god-daughter Rose Tiana gave birth to little Violet yesterday!

My energetic prayer candles are lit on the Altar of Love for the blessings and challenges for each of these beings in their transitions.

Life certainly is a constant flow of comings and goings!!!!

With awareness of the transient nature of conditional reality... when we follow the path of heart, our actions are illuminated by gratitude, love, and compassion.

What does the path of heart look like for you in this moment? For me, it's taking the time to tune in and write to you.
