Hello!
As a Transformational Leader you light up when empowering, caring
for and inspiring others.
You influence friends, family, and clients to receive the help, care and support they need from others.
How important is it for YOU to practice the art of receiving?
How essential is your capacity to receive in relationship to your effectiveness in serving others?
Last Saturday my friends threw me a magnificent 60th birthday party. It was over-the-top magical with guests coming from far and near (party photos below).
The evening included a ritual of passing through a living bridge created by all present. I was greeted at the end by two beautiful children who showered me with rose petals !!!!!
It was a Full “Blue Moon” that night. The connotation of a “Blue Moon” is of something “rare”. This synchronicity of a Blue Moon happening the night of the party struck me as affirmation of the value of community support for significant life transitions.
Taking in that much LOVE and BLESSING definitely expanded my heart’s capacity to receive beyond it's previous limit!!!!! As a result, I have more energy and new realizations to contribute to others.
To encourage and support YOUR Transformational Leadership skill development…and the expansion of YOUR capacity to receive, I offer the following questions and a suggestion for your consideration:
- How are you practicing the art of
receiving in your life right now?
- What would you most like to say “Yes” to receive, but have been resisting?
- What's the one small next step you could easily take to start moving through the stuck point?
- Summon the focus to take that courageous bold step TODAY, even if it's as simple as making time in your calendar to take the action.
In Service of your inspired Transformational
Leadership,
Georgette Star MA, D.Min
