I’ve
heard it said that overwhelm is like a 20-foot wave crashing into you.
Repeatedly.
No wonder being overwhelmed can stop us in our tracks. But, what are the gifts it can offer and how do we get back to solid ground?
This Thursday at noon Pacific Time, (time converter). I’m going to share my recent process of moving through this very block on the way to creating something new to offer this community in my second ever Face Book Live.
I’ll explore what this block really is and how we can help ourselves, our clients, or others in our lives, move through it!
