I'm excited to share my 2nd ever FB LIVE video broadcast with you!!! Many thanks to who were able to join or watch the replay of the Transformational Leadership Café FB Group or in last weeks blog.

During the talk, I shared a recent experience of struggling in confusion and overwhelm and then breaking free (hint: it took an intervention from my coach!!). I describe the exact steps I took and process I use with clients to dispel the fog of confusion and inertia of overwhelm.
