Last night I dreamed I was given a “Peace Wand”!
It was like a magic wand that redirects ones attention from the surface of the waters of everyday life, and all “experience" of the body-mind, back into a state of peaceful
silent witnessing.
It was a magic tool that brought forth The Peaceful Witness in all of us.
Through witnessing and merging with all that’s moving and changing, without attempting to control or hold on to any of it, our hearts can finally relax and open to that which is
ever present, Radiant Divine Consciousness.
Here we discover that peace that passes all understanding.
Practicing “Oneness”, a sense of interconnectivity with all that IS, is a deep spiritual practice I bring into my personal life and my work with clients and
students.
Why do I share this with you?
We learn to interact with life and in relationships from the way "I" see things and how "I" feel to a more integrated perspective: how “WE” see things and how “WE” feel.
Our ability to simultaneously stay connected with ourselves and be aware of how others feel and other perspectives opens potential for understanding, greater harmony, intimacy, fulfillment and success in our relationships and our endeavors.
And, this is a
tremendous "Practice".
