Hello Shining Light,

Our intersecting human relationships can be miraculous for many reasons, including the unexpected and unintended gifts they sometimes bring.

Some gifts we may only come to realize through hindsight and conscious contemplation.

With the help of a skilled mentor, I recently discovered a profound GIFT that relationship with baby brother Stephen, who died when he was only six months old, gave to me.

It took 5O years for me to realize what this gift IS and how it serves me to this very day! 

I share this story as invitation to open your heart to awareness of the unexpected gifts that came to YOU through your relationships in ways you never could have imagined or would have asked for.

To realize the such a relationship GIFT consciously is to embody it more fully and to appreciate the giver in a new way.

HONORING PATHWAY OF THE SOUL NUMBER "7"
SEVEN BREATH GOLDEN SUN MINI INNER RETREAT (Instructions)

The Seven Breath Golden Sun Inner Retreat is a “quickie” alignment and rejuvenation practice that I’ve used for years as inner preparation before meeting with a client.  

Get settled in a quiet, safe place. Close your eyes and visualize a brilliant golden sun shining above your head. As you take 7 deep breathes, invite the golden light into your body.

Let the sparkling golden energy pour down through the top of your head, through each of the 7 major chakras along the spine and all the way into the tips of your toes. Shower in golden light as you count your 7 deep and complete breaths.

At the end of your 7 breaths, be still in silence with a focus on heart radiance. Simply be with yourself for a minute of two. When you are ready, open your eyes and notice how you feel. 

All of us, not only the "7's" among us need periods of withdrawal, to pull of the rushing river of life into a quiet eddy and reconnect with ourselves.
