The Seven
Breath Golden Sun Inner Retreat is a “quickie” alignment and rejuvenation practice that I’ve used for years as my preparation before meeting with a client.
Get settled in a quiet, safe place. Close your eyes and visualize a brilliant golden sun shining above your head. As you take 7 deep breathes, invite the golden light into your body. Let the sparkling golden energy pour down
through the top of your head, through each of the 7 major chakras along the spine and all the way into the tips of your toes. Shower in golden light as you count your 7 deep and complete breaths. At the end of your 7 breaths, be still in the silence and simply be with yourself for a minute of two. When you are ready, open your eyes and notice how you feel.
All of us, not only the "7's" among us
need periods of withdrawal, to pull of the rushing river of life into a quiet eddy and reconnect with ourselves.
