Hello Bright Light,
The truth is, when I
sit down to write my weekly eZine, I rarely know what I’m going to say. I start by sitting with my journal or laptop and become very quiet. I ask my Higher Self what she wants to express and then wait for impressions to arise. ….
Often a message drops right in. Other times nothing happens and I know I need to relax into a state of even deeper receptivity, inner listening, and ask
again. Sometimes the whispers are very, very faint. Sometimes nothing comes at all, no matter how long I sit, and I just have to accept that more space, time and patience are required!!!
I also practice asking my Higher Self for guidance each morning to help me plan my day. This includes asking what my “Daily Miracles of Self Love and Care” will
be.

Sometimes “Guidance” comes to me through dreams which I later explore through journal writing. Recently I dreamed all night long about being “Married to
LIFE”. This statement carries great significance and guidance for me about deepening my commitment to intimacy with Life after my Mom’s recent death.
How do you make and maintain connection with your Higher Self for
guidance?

The cultivation of a “Soul Connection and Guidance Practice” is an essential life skill for living a soul-guided emergent life and it is a PRACTICE.
So, let’s inspire and support each other on the journey to establish a consistent practice and trust that our capacity to be consciously "Soul Connected and Guided" will in time
become a moment-to-moment integrated ability!
