One of my spiritual practices is to communicate with you via this eZine once a week (unless traveling or participating in a training). I’ve been able to accomplish this consistently for almost three years now with the help of my marvelous editor as well as with contributions from others, and in alignment with my Life Purpose as a Humanitarian
Healer.
Although it’s not always easy to keep this commitment. Making the link between honoring my Life Purpose and this weekly writing process energizes my motivation to keep up the discipline of the practice.
What large or small action step, or
creation process, can you put energy into this week to align with and nurture your sense of Life Purpose?

In just a few days I’ll be traveling to California to attend the “Timeless Wisdom Training” with Thomas Hubel at the Institute of Noetic Science, part of a larger two-year training that I am enrolled in. I promise to bring back insights and energy from this experience to share with
you.
This morning, inspired by the sunshine and new growth bursting forth everywhere in the forest where I dwell, I walked around my yard and asked the trees to help me deepen my self connection and to create more space in my consciousness.
Slowing down to walk on the earth really did
help. I took a few photos of some of the altars in my yard to share with you (see photos below).
