Hello Bright Light!
I missed writing to you last week while I was off-line.
I was on retreat at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) with spiritual teacher Diane Hamilton . Diane is an ordained Zen monk, group facilitator, and meditator for over 30 years.
It was such a pleasure to experience and witness the depth of relational space that Diane created with individuals and with the group while we explored such concepts
as what it means to be the “same” and to be “different” in service of evolving our ability to navigate differences and conflict while remaining related.
Diane has a beautiful way of grounding her teaching through stories from her own life. As I reflect upon the experience of what it feels like to interact with someone capable of such depth of presence and transparent
humanity, I feel more grounded and embodied in my own willingness to share personal joys and challenges when in a teaching or facilitation role.
I've been thinking allot about the POWER OF BEING GROUNDED and what happens when we are ungrounded.
I'm curious, what do you do to cultivate your grounded state of being? If you have some tips to share please do!
Today’s blog post is the 4th in the “9 Pathways of the Soul” series and dedicated to
GROUNDING and STABILITY.
To learn more about my recent ungrounded experience, the BUILDER in you, and how to develop your ability to ground and build a solid foundation in all dimensions of your self and your life, read on!
