My dear friend, Rev. Paul, is a devoted Episcopal priest and talented artist. Like all of us, that is not the whole of the story. He
recently shared with me that he sometimes feels like he is slogging through mud to accomplish anything, in a state of inertia or unexplainable sadness.
But, there are several circumstances when he feels free and most like himself….when he is in the process of a sacramental action through the art of ritual, such as officiating at baptism, communion, weddings, etc., and when he is involved in an artistic
project, such as painting or other creative expressions.
In fact, you may have “met” him through the wonderful mandalas he has created to illustrate the Pathway Numbers for the SOUL-STREAM: Life Map and Mastery System in recent blog posts.
Can you relate to the feeling of slogging through
life at times, or simply being on autopilot? Does this change when you engage in to some type of creative expression?
If so, the ARTIST archetype of Self Expression, the 3rd number we will explore in the Pathways of the Soul, is most likely an aspect of your soul-code.
For the artists of life, even the smallest acts of creativity…..preparing a meal with a dash of presence or a new ingredient…..working on a sewing, beading, knitting, etc., project……can awaken JOY and ignite a state of “flow” in your energy field.
In today's blog post, we will explore the archetypal super powers and challenges of the "Artist of Life" within YOU and those you love and serve.
To learn more and to empower the artist in you, read on.
