For those of us living in the United States, Thanksgiving is in just a few days. In my book, any excuse to be intentionally thankful
anywhere in the world is a good thing! I consider gratitude to be one of our most precious human superpowers and find it quite miraculous what a little appreciation can do.
Feeling and expressing gratitude has the power to open and enlighten the hearts of others as well as our own!!
I feel ocean deep gratitude for all the beautiful souls in my life, family, friends, spiritual community, clients, students and for the Source from which all blessings flow, the Divine!!!!!
Think of one person, or aspect of your life that you are grateful for right now. Tune into your heart
and notice what happens.

Do you ever wake up in
the middle of the night, heart pumping and body filled with anxiety for no apparent reason?
Although this experience can be uncomfortable and unwelcome, it can also provide illuminating information!

Although this is true, witnessing her current physical and emotional challenges, her tenderness and vulnerability during our visit was upsetting to me. I quickly ignored my anxious concern for her. I also watched myself postpone talking with her about the
