• The Unraveling- The Sprout: Breaking Through the Soil 
  • Who I thought I was no longer feels true.
• The Expansion- The Growing Plant: Strengthening Roots and Stems 
  • I am not my thoughts, emotions, or personal self—I am awareness itself.
• The Embodiment -The Bud Begins to Open

• The Radiance- The Fully Bloomed Flower: Awakening Flourishes.
  • There is no seeker, no search—only the infinite play of life unfolding through me
