Hello Bright Light!

I woke up from a dream this morning with these words ringing in my ears:

The WOW of Now!

It got me thinking… what catalyzes that vibrant, soul-alive state where presence becomes awe? One of the most reliable ways for me is through creative expression.

What is it for you?

Do you ever sense that creating—whether through art, writing, movement, or simply the way you live—carries a kind of sacredness?

I’ve noticed that expressing something true from within not only brings me into the “now,” but also mirrors my experience of awakening! Our art becomes an ARTifact of our growth.
