Throughout this month I’ve been in a cocoon of self-inquiry contemplating what I want to experience more of in the year ahead; reflecting on what might be holding me back from living in a soul-aligned, sanctuary-like state more exuberantly, more consistently. I've also been sitting with others who are
engaged in a similar evaluation and reset. This month's blog, Sanctify Your Sanctuary: A Holistic New Year Purge and Refresh,
is dedicated to this exploration and discoveries.  I've been exploring questions such as: - Where is energy stagnant—where am I not taking action even though I want to?Â
- How can I access and clear out what's in the way of manifestation, what no longer serves my intentions to create space for what truly matters most. Â
These contemplations sparked a powerful motivation to purge and sanctify, to clear space in both my home and my psyche! To create some structure for this process, I’ve dedicated my January (and as
long as it takes) to a holistic reset—a “New Year Purge” to declutter and refresh the sanctuary of my body, mind, heart, home, and workspace. So, every day until it feels complete, I’ll be clearing physical and psychic space in my home, relationships, creative projects and (most importantly) in my psyche to invite IN increased clarity, inspiration, and Soul-Stream alignment.  Would you like to join me?  If so, I’ve created two resources to support you in your own New Year Purge and Refresh: - Body & Psyche Sanctuary: Self Care Checklist

This Month's Soul Code Illumination Card Reading: Embrace Change & Progress  Here's what the January card "Embrace Change and Progress" brought up for me:  For me, the Embrace Change and Progress card was an invitation and validation of
cosmic support to notice where energy is flowing well and where in my life it's not so I can focus attention there and make changes.  What does this card's imagery and message bring up for you? Â
