Here's what the January card "Embrace Change and Progress" brings up for me:

Throughout the new year passage I've been contemplating what's important to me and what gets in the way of it. I've been feeling inspired to dedicate myself to a holistic reset—a “New Year Purge.” For me, the Embrace Change and Progress card is an invitation and cosmic support to notice where energy is stagnant, where I am not taking action, and refocus my attention to work through it. 

The path to freedom and progress is the sacred work of Awakening and liberation from whatever binds us—one small, intentional step at a time.

On the evening of the most recent New Moon, I performed a ritual to welcome change and new freedom for myself and for all. I lit an intention sanctuary candle—a flame to burn continuously for seven days with these words written on it: 

I am a welcoming space for inspiration to land. I am available. 

I open to new pathways and support for the next divine expression 

for the year ahead.

Although not always easy, I willingly and intentionally engage in my own clearing work on an ongoing basis. And, I love supporting my clients in their inner and outer space clearing process because I see the results. I see soul embodiment. I see progress in the relative world too: More love, more freedom, more peace of mind, more access to intuitive soul inspired guidance, more creative life flow, more capacity to be with what ever IS in each moment and so much more. 

For this January, perhaps you'd like to join me in my "New Year Purge"? I'll be decluttering as a spiritual practice, slowly clearing stuck energy from cupboards, habits, my psyche. I already feel lighter, more available, and more open to inspiration just imagining drawers and closets decluttered! 

To keep this focus alive, a simple sticky note on my refrigerator asks: “What one thing can I let go of today?” This daily reminder invites me to explore where my energy isn't flowing as fully as it could be and find out what's needed to release it, making space for more love, creativity, and inspiration to land.
