Here's what February's Soul Code Illumination card meant to me:
Just before choosing this month's card, I was journaling about my body's unsettling allergic
reaction to the garlic in my dinner last night. As I turned my awareness toward the discomfort, I found myself expanding beyond it, allowing those sensations to become part of a larger field of experience.
In that expanded awareness, the misery was no longer isolated—it existed alongside the rich tapestry of the present moment. The rhythmic hum of the espresso
machine, the melody of music playing in the background, the white light streaming through the high ceiling skylight, the warmth of the air on my skin, and the ebb and flow of people from all walks of life moving through the space—all of it coexisted. Enjoyment and discomfort were present simultaneously, neither negating the other.
Selecting this card felt like
a reflection of this realization—of self as a conscious conduit for the full spectrum of human experience. Without resistance, without adding layers of thought to either misery or pleasure, each moment remained new, open, and filled with wonder and possibility.
How might knowing yourself as a conscious
conduit
shift your experience right now?
