I am pleased and excited to announce the successful completion of the final day of filming for The Woman’s Rite documentary. This last phase went deep into the exploration of how ageism affects women and the profound importance of community and support on the journey to vibrant and empowered elderhood.

A few weeks ago we wrapped up four and a half days of filming for The Woman's Rite documentary film project. I gave my ALL and now it's time for rest and self care. This card feels like a permission slip to do just that.

P.S. The photo below was taken during filming of meditation in the cedar grove nighttime scene next to my "relationship tree". You can see the tree splits into two at the base but share their roots. We are interconnected at the roots.
