In the Northern Hemisphere where I live, Spring Equinox is tomorrow (March 19th) It also happens to be my 66th birthday 🌸.

No matter where you live, isn’t it SO GOOD to see and feel the sprouting, blossoming, springing up of new life? Even when we sit in the cold and dark of literal or metaphoric winter, no matter how it feels or appears to be, Mother Nature promises new life to come and it always does! With the advent of Spring, Mother Nature encourages us to remember to TRUST deeper even as

Life on planet Earth continues to intensify...

Accordingly, we must learn how to up-level our skills and capacities for maintaining equilibrium so turbulence and irritants turn into wisdom pearls.

I’ve been contemplating what to share about the magic of this glorious painting by the Intentional Creativity Artist, Shiloh Sophia which recently came to find a home on my dining room wall, its message for me (and maybe you too). Obviously, my cat friend, Nala, decided the painting is for her too!

Our life stories are ever unfolding, mysterious, emergent journeys through experience flows of chaos and coherence, struggle and ease…ALL the polarities. Even as I write these words, the plane I’m in just passed out of a long stretch of turbulence. Now it's smooth flying once again.
