I'm on a journey to become a joyful wise woman elder and to empower others to experience this too, so the card is an affirmation of a related project I'm working on.

It's an invitation to check in with myself today and see if I've been harboring any critical judgment or resentment towards myself or anyone else. Does my heart need to give or receive healing, compassion, or forgiveness?

It's also a reminder to intentionally practice the ART of honoring my own human needs and heart's desires with the same sensitivity and kindness I offer to others.
