Hello, Bright Light,

The river of life never stops flowing. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, like I do, I wish you a Happy Winter Solstice and whatever festivals of returning light you celebrate. As I reflect upon this year coming to a close, the first thing that comes up for me are feelings of awe, gratitude, and appreciation.

What a joy it has been to work with, teach, and learn from all of the amazing people who have joined me on my journey in 2023. Past, present (and future) inspired and rapidly transforming clients; students who have transitioned into wise and beautiful Soul Stream practitioners; trusted colleagues and co-creators; precious friends…You all have enriched my life in innumerable ways.

Your dedication and capacity to do the inner work required to face and process through fears, limitations, and heartache has been INSPIRING to witness and joy to behold. I've rejoiced over every breakthrough you’ve had, powering through previous glass ceilings to create and embrace life changes.

I continue to be in awe of our evolving capacity to celebrate that anything IS at all. To me, gaining wisdom perspective to appreciate the gift in everything is what

it means to be alive!!!

As time marches forward to the New Year Cycle Change ahead I’m taking a conscious pause at the Winter Solstice threshold to appreciate the darkness and reflect on the essence of what has come to pass in 2023 at Life Blessing Institute.
