Here's what September's card reading means to me: I think of Soul-Higher Self as our most potent and timeless Wisdom Source. Everyone, at any stage or age has access to an inner Wise Elder.
However, there is something to be said about the potent (and often challenging) transitions between seasons of a human life cycle related to biological age and I'm in one of those challenging passages. If you haven't
been reading my recent eZines, you might not know that I've embarked on a journey heading towards a rite-of-passage into the Wise Woman Elder season of my life. (Click here to learn more about Feminine Power Rising) Recently I hit a patch of RESISTANCE that's been showing up in a variety of avoidant behaviors. I asked my Higher Self and the cards for guidance about
the question: What does the resistance that's been causing me to choose distractions rather than doing what I know I really want to, need from me right now? For me, the card is a reminder that True Self Realization only comes by facing the resistance through awareness of it. When I feel beneath my resistance, I discover SADNESS, and I need to expand to include and let the sadness have a place and a voice. There is something deeper for me to discover and this awareness is the first step. Just the little spark of breakthrough magic I needed. ✨ How about you?
