I’m always on the lookout for anything that facilitates that supports the practitioners, coaches and healers in my community.

I don’t know about you, but I find that Life just seems to go more smoothly when I remember to take a few minutes to get my whole self grounded and aligned. Staying aligned promotes a physical, emotional, and mentally relaxed state allowing me to stay gently present with whatever Life sends my way.

It doesn’t mean that I don’t run over potholes along my life path, but it does seem to help me avoid giant sinkholes and to get back on track when I’m thrown off so I can remain a potent resource for others.

I suspect everyone has an alignment practice they prefer. For me, making and maintaining alignment is a continuous daily practice which typically begins with grounding.Â
